Praxis Design accepts credit and debit cards along with PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out. Praxis Design is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. Any orders that are returned to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All items are sent standard shipping method via USPS. If you require express shipping or an alternative carrier, please contact us prior to your order so we may confirm any additional postal rush charges and delivery by date. Delivery is typically 2-7 days but can vary depending upon holidays, weather, and general USPS workload. Praxis Design is not responsible for delays while order is in transit.

MISSING ORDERS
While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it’s travels to you, we will send a replacement. Contact us at info@praxisdesignstudio.com with your tracking number and order info. If an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we are not responsible and will not send a replacement. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure! Additionally, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number with help tracking it down. We do not offer refunds if the package is not located. We also do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed due to overload with USPS or other shipping carriers. 

HIGH VOLUME SEASONS
We work hard to get all items out in a timely manner. Custom items do take longer since they are made to order and if we need additional information from you in order to complete your order we will do our best to reach out to you as soon as possible. Please note that during high volume times of year (November-December) that shipping times may increase. This is specifically true on custom ornaments and other personalized items during the busy holiday ordering season. Custom items are created and shipped in the order that they are received. Please allow for extra time for your item to reach you when ordering during the holiday season (both for our shop and USPS). If you must have your item by a specific date please message us prior to purchase. We am not responsible for delays on USPS’s part or for returned items due to incorrectly supplied addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We do not currently accept returns at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us at info@praxisdesignstudio.com. We’ll handle each issue on a case-by-case basis to do our best to meet your expectations. A few things to note when contacting us: include your order number, briefly describe the problem and provide a photo showcasing the issue. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders.

CONTENT USAGE

Please contact us should you wish to use any of our content or make reference to Praxis Design. Along with seeking our permission we ask that you provide credit for any content you intend to use and link it to https://www.praxisdesignstudio.com/ if used online. If you are in need of high resolution photographs or have questions, please contact us at info@praxisdesignstudio.com

RIGHTS TO FINAL ART

All final art associated with any stationery design is the sole property of Praxis Design Studio. Client is not authorized to use this art for any reason without consent from PDS. Should a client wish to purchase the rights to final art, we will provide the appropriate fees and release.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Praxis Design Studio understands the importance of privacy and will not share or sell your information to any third party.
