Digital Media Coordinator
- Minimum 15 hours per month – additional hours available

Looking for an individual with at least mid-level experience in digital marketing to join our team. Enthusiastic, efficient, motivated, detail oriented, take-charge and fun individual needed for a range of client and internal tasks at our branding and web design studio.
This is a remote, freelance position and applicants should have access to their own computer. Coordinator may create their own schedule but prefer a portion of worktime is done during weekday hours for communication and turnaround purposes.

- Some experience is required. While I love teaching others, I’m at a point where I need someone who can literally jump in with both feet and start working confidently on projects.
- Work scope varies month to month. If you have availability to work more hours, I am open to that as it could be a plus as work increases.
Overview of responsibilities:
- Experience and confidence planning, constructing, and/or scheduling monthly social media posts and emails (you may be working with other team members on this for some projects). Includes writing text content to match provided graphics, scheduling for posting, brainstorming and planning out content for various clients. You will be give a project scope but contribution of your own ideas and strategy is a must – our clients look to us for creativity, knowledge, guidance, and experience.
- Experience with social media schedulers
- Experience creating Canva templates/documents that fit a set brand aesthetic
- Website content uploading: this includes updating or adding text content to various websites, product page creation/editing, SEO tasks such as entering proper descriptions and updating image names, etc.
Qualifications
- Business social media experience
- Copywriting skills – do you enjoy writing? Are you able to write in a way that is reflective of a brand voice?
- Proficient in Canva
- Experience in content uploading/editing in website platforms (training is available but prefer have basic knowledge of working on some platforms)
- Experience with customer service and/or client interaction is a plus
- Bonus: SEO experience & knowledge
- Bonus: Design experience and Adobe Creative Suite experience

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye and experience building and maintaining websites — no advanced coding skills required. Professional, efficient, motivated, take-charge and fun individual needed for a range of client and internal projects at our branding and web design studio.
This is a remote, freelance position and applicants should have access to their own computer. Designer may create their own schedule but prefer a portion of work time is done during weekday hours for communication and turnaround purposes.

- Design and build visually engaging websites that align with each client’s brand and goals
- Customize and configure templates or site layouts within platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and Shopify
- Collaborate on creative direction, page structure, and content organization to ensure an intuitive user experience
- Upload and format web content including text, images, galleries, and product information
- Implement basic SEO best practices including page titles, descriptions, and image optimization
- Perform ongoing site updates, maintenance, and refinements based on client feedback
Qualifications
- Knowledge of web standards and best practices for site construction
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in site structure and content
- Strong design eye with attention to layout, typography, and user experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client projects
- Proficient in Canva for static images, simple gifs, and template creation
- Bonus: Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Bonus: Experience in Figma
- Bonus: Experience in Flodesk or Email Platforms is a plus

Graphic Designer

You do not need to have experience in all of these, training is available, but prefer have basic knowledge of working on these platforms. I will assist you in learning the ones you are unfamiliar with.

- Develop and execute design projects from concept to completion based on provided specifications and creative direction
- Revise and refine designs in response to client or internal feedback while maintaining brand consistency
- Create style guides, proof packets, and presentation materials using established templates and brand assets
- Design and build branded assets for email marketing platforms (Flodesk, etc.) in alignment with overall visual direction
- Create branded Canva templates
- Update website content including uploading and editing text, images, and product/information pages
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (with access to Adobe fonts)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, primarily for sizing and converting images for web or print
- Knowledge of print and web standards
- Proficient in Canva for static images, simple gifs, and template creation
- Bonus: Experience in basics of Squarespace and Wix platforms
- Bonus: Experience in Flodesk or Email Platforms is a plus
- Bonus: SEO experience & knowledge
