Every year, Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) hosts two large fundraising events: Trivia Night and CID OUT LOUD! These events not only bring guests together for an evening of fun and giving but also highlight the meaningful impact of their contributions on the students, teachers, and families of CID.

As a nonprofit, CID faces the challenge of maximizing outreach while staying within a tight budget. They needed a solution that allowed them to make a lasting impact on both current and potential donors without overspending. 

To help CID make the most of their budget while maintaining high-quality event materials, we streamlined the design process. By mapping out their graphic needs early on, we were able to batch-build materials efficiently, keeping print estimating time and adjustments to a minimum. Sticking to standard sizes for all print materials allowed us to maintain consistency year after year, cutting down on production costs. Each year, we incorporate new themes and graphics to keep the events fresh and engaging, ensuring CID continues to invite donors to be part of something truly meaningful.

We design everything from digital banners to fold-out invitations, event programs, and signage. By creating editable templates, we also empowered the CID team to easily customize and print day-of materials and promotional items in-house. The result is a collaboration that not only meets their budget needs but also helps make every event more successful.
