As small business owners ourselves, we know the balancing act of working IN your business and working ON your business. We created the Brand Refresh Sesh because we know there is only so much time in the day and all the planning and execution of photography and web updates can seem overwhelming or technically out of reach. We’re here to bridge that gap so your brand confidence will be sky high with a new arsenal of digital assets that will show your brand off in its brightest light.

What’s Included
- Project review meeting where we brainstorm ideas and evaluate what you’re looking to update on your website.
- Photography shot list creation based on our project review and your website needs. Included will be an itemized list of your products, props or other items we recommend considering for your shoot, image go-bys, and styling tips.
- Professional photoshoot resulting in 10 edited, web size images licensed for your website and socials (photoshoots scheduled Wednesday – Friday).
- 4 hour website update service.
- Investment: $750
Refresh sessions are scheduled in 3 month increments in order for us to properly review your needs, assess your website, develop your shot list, and of course make it all happen! Sessions can be scheduled as singles or you can book recurring updates every quarter to ensure your content is pre-planned and you’ll feel extra prepared when you’re ready to showoff a new product or service.

The Process
LET’S CHAT
Fill out the inquiry form and select a time for your free 30 minute inquiry call. During your inquiry call we’ll review your goals for this Refresh Sesh, gather some brand info, and discuss any questions you have. After the call you’ll receive a follow up email with a project scope and link to a contract. If everything looks golden, sign the contract and pay the deposit.
PROJECT KICKOFF
We’ll start our information gathering and reach out to schedule and discuss your photography session. Prior to your photoshoot, we’ll finalize your shot list and itemize anything you’ll need for the day of so you’ll be fully prepared to take some amazing shots!
MAKING IT HAPPEN
You’ll make final photo selections from your photoshoot. Images will be edited and sent to you as well as used in any applicable web updates. Based on your scope of updates, they may be done all at one time or in stages as mutually agreed upon. We’ll lauch the updates and then you’re all set to use your new images on all of your social media and email platforms!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the timeframe of a refresh sesh?
We schedule refresh sessions in 3 month increments. Depending upon when your photoshoot is scheduled and the type of website updates, your timeline may be slightly shorter or extend slightly past that time frame. If you have an ideal launch date for either your website updates or your photos, please let us know up front so we can schedule your session accordingly.
Can I add extra images to my photoshoot or purchase extra ones after I see the gallery?
Yes and yes! If you want to add extra photos to your shoot we recommend deciding to do so prior to your shoot date. This way we can update your shot list accordingly and add time onto the session in order to cover the extra content. Once your gallery is posted for you to make final selections, just let us know how many extra images you want and we’ll adjust the fee on your invoice accordingly.
What kind of website updates are covered?
Website updates can include anything from text and image updates, new page creation, a single page redesign, web graphic creation, etc. If you have a long list of updates we can help you prioritize them or you can add on additional web design hours to your project. Full website re-designs are significantly more time intensive and are not covered by this Brand Refresh Sesh. Please see our web design page here for details on a new or full update to your site.
Does it matter what platform my website is on?
We work on sites built on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace. If your site is on a different platform, let us know and we’ll see if we can accommodate.
